SHIPPING
Some shoes are in stock, however, some shoes need to be ordered in directly from the Pleaser USA warehouse in California first.
Therefore, shipping may take up to approximately 14 business days.
This can increase around the holiday season so please order well in advance of any events and/or to allow extra time for size exchanges if needed.
If you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing as we may be able to arrange express post at a small extra cost.
Please note:
Whilst we do our best to keep stock up-to-date, it is very difficult when selling such a large quantity of items. If there are any stock issues, we will notify you asap and offer the choice of a refund or change to a similar style.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we are happy to offer a size exchange, or an exchange to a different style - just contact us to arrange:

Simply return the item to us, and we'll send you out a replacement pair.
Item must be properly protected and returned in its original condition within a reasonable time frame.
If an item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time frame and we will be happy to rectify the issue by sending out a replacement item.
IMPORTANT:
Any order cancellations or items that are returned without doing an exchange will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
